New Recipe - Chocolate Dream Smoothie

What could be better than a delicious serving of sweet, soft serve chocolate ice-cream? How about a guilt free & dare I say healthy Chocolate Dream Smoothie that tastes just like sweet, soft serve ice-cream. Yes it is possible to create such a delicious smoothie for breakfast knowing that you will be filling up on nutritious ingredients, healthy fats, and a helping of carbs and protein too to keep you energised and full until lunch.




  • One large sliced & frozen banana

  • One half of a ripe avocado

  • One cup of almond milk or dairy-free milk of choice

  • Two to three medjool dates, stones removed or 2 tbsp honey

  • Two tbsp raw cacao powder

  • One tbsp of nut butter, I prefer creamy cashew butter

  • One tbsp ground flaxseed

  • Handful of ice cubes


  • Paleo chocolate protein powder. If using pre sweetened protein powder reduce or eliminate sweetener above.

  • Superfood powders i.e. Moringa Leaf, amazing greens etc

  • Sliced banana and cacao nibs to decorate

  • Large handful of frozen spinach

  • Paleo collagen powder



  1. Place all of the ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth. 

  2. Pour into a glass & drink straight away!
