CINNAMON & BANANA CHIA PUDDING

DELICIOUS CREAMY BANANA CHIA PUDDING PAIRS BEAUTIFULLY WITH WARMING CINNAMON. PERFECT AT ANYTIME OF THE DAY

CINNAMON & BANANA CHIA PUDDING

SERVES: 4

INGREDIENTS:

  • Two cups of almond milk or dairy free milk of choice

  • One fresh banana

  • Eight scoops of chia seeds

  • Three pitted medjool dates

  • Two tsp cinnamon

OPTIONAL:

  • Fresh sliced banana

  • Bee pollen

  • Cacao nibs

  • Granola

  • Hemp hearts

  • Ground flaxseed

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Place the milk, banana, medjool dates & cinnamon into a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Divide the chia seeds between four jars/bowls (two scoops each)

  3. Pour the blended banana mixture over the chia seeds and stir until well combined. Leave for 10minutes and then stir again.

  4. Cover and store in the fridge overnight or for minimum of three hours to allow to set.

  5. Once the pudding has set, top with your choice of toppings. I like to use sliced fresh banana, bee pollen, cacao nibs & Paleo granola.

  6. Store your un-topped chia puddings in the fridge for up to four days.
