CHIA PUDDING PARFAIT

VANILLA FLAVOURED CREAMY CHIA PUDDING TOPPED WITH BLUEBERRIES, GRANOLA & COCONUT YOGHURT

CHIA PUDDING PARFAIT

SERVES: 1

INGREDIENTS:

  • Four tablespoons of Chia Seeds

  • One Cup (250ml) Almond Milk

  • Two tablespoons of Vanilla Co Yo Coconut Yoghurt

  • Qtr tsp vanilla extract

 

OPTIONAL:

  • Paleo granola

  • Fresh blueberries

  • Co Yo Vanilla coconut yoghurt

  • White Mulberries

You can top your Chia pudding with so many other combinations, a couple of ideas to get you going:

  • Berries – Raspberries, Blackberries, Strawberries

  • Cherries

  • Apple Puree

  • Pumpkin & Cinnamon Puree

  • Banana

  • Mango

  • Pomegranate Seeds

  • Cacao nibs

  • Goji berries

  • Bee pollen

  • Coconut flakes

  • Seeds

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Place the chia seeds and yoghurt in a jar. (I use a mason jar) pour in the milk and add the yoghurt and vanilla.

  2. Stir everything together before placing the lid onto the jar. Store the jar in the fridge overnight. During this time the liquid will be absorbed and the pudding will form a jelly-like consistency.

  3. Remove the pudding from the fridge in the morning then layer on your toppings.
