BANANA BREAD SMOOTHIE

THE DELICIOUS TASTE OF BANANA BREAD IN LESS THAN FIVE MINUTES

BANANA BREAD SMOOTHIE

SERVES: 2

INGREDIENTS:

  • Two ripe frozen sliced bananas

  • One cup of dairy free milk

  • Half a cup of chilled filtered water - optional

  • 2 large tbsp of Co-Yo or dairy-free vanilla yoghurt

  • Half tbsp ground cinnamon

  • Half to one tsp ground nutmeg - depending on how much you like nutmeg

  • Two medjool dates

OPTIONAL:

  • Two scoops of Paleo banana protein powder

  • Toppings of choice such as cacao nibs, chopped nuts etc.

  • Chia seeds

  • Ground flaxseed

  • Ripe avocado

  • Ice

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Place all ingredients apart from any toppings into a high powered blender and blend until smooth

  2. Pour into two glasses and top with toppings of choice

  3. Enjoy!
